Today, as we head towards our 31st years in business, Galaxy has been developing by adopting a prudent and pragmatic manner in response to the needs of our customers at different times. We have been expanding our services each year, and sharing the continued success in many of our achievements. The Group has been able to grow at a steady pace because we are steadfast in following our core values.

As we are sailing together on the long voyage of life, there is no stormy weather and no towering wave we cannot overcome as long every member of Galaxy family continues to work hard together as a good team. We perceive the times of crisis as an opportunity to forge ourselves into an even stronger company and respond actively to changes in the market. We have been constantly reorganizing our business to create a company that is more competitive and more efficient.

At this juncture of a new era, Galaxy group is making use of its most cherished assets - more than 30 years’ worth of experience, our brand, our trustworthiness and our spirit to expand and evolve the business, while serving our customers, contributing to the education industry in Malaysia, and improving the well-being of Galaxians and their families.

We need to be proactive and make sustainable changes and innovations in order to be able to cope with the unpredictable external business environment. Furthermore, we need to increase our organizational strength and resilience to cope with change. I firmly believe that these efforts are indispensable to Galaxy's ability to cope with future changes in the external business environment, to realize our vision to continously become one of the preferred partner or supplier in the market. There is no short cut to success and fortune favours the bold !

Moving on from the milestone of 30th years, we will continue to strive to meet and exceed market needs and expectations. The strengths embedded in Galaxy include; the knowledge and cohesiveness of our people, longstanding relationships, advance updated solutions, an established presence in more than 12 offices across Malaysia and our strong balance sheet. We're clear that what has driven our success in the past won't guarantee that same success in the future. As a result, we should focus our efforts towards creating the foundation for sustainable growth through innovation and reinforcing our competitiveness. This is why we're continuing to invest significantly in our digital and innovation strategies building on the strength of our market-leading assests to deliver more value to clients.
